    I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase.     Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Thank you for such an amazing produce and equally good service.

    Relativement content de ce smartphone, propre, fonctionnel et prix correct. Le seul bémol se situera sur la batterie qui ne tient pas 24h (utilisation modéré) et qui m'oblige à le recharger au moins 1 fois dans la journée, chose dont je n'avais jamais eu à faire sur mes Android. Une fois reçu, la capacité de la batterie est de 94% qui sur papier est raisonnable pour un modèle reconditionné, mais en pratique la batterie reste faible par rapport à mon usage. Peut être aurais-je dû prendre une nouvelle batterie en option. En tous cas, pour un premier achat en reconditionné, je suis globalement satisfait.

    Muy buen producto, bien empaquetado, visualmente como nuevo y el estado de la batería como a estrenar. Soy usuario de Apple y ha sido la primera compra de iPhone reacondicionado que he hecho y sin duda me ha sorprendido gratamente, seguro que repito.

    El teléfono está en perfecto estado y 100 % batería. Es un regalo de navidad por lo tanto no ha sido utilizado todavia 28/12/23 Mi marido está muy satisfecho. Solo se dio cuenta que era reacondicionado cuando no vio la caja de Apple y preguntó. El servicio de Backmarket excelente

    Estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. El envío fue rápido y el paquete estaba muy bien protegido. Al abrirlo, me sorprendió gratamente ver que el dispositivo parecía completamente nuevo, sin señales evidentes de desgaste. Hasta el momento, el rendimiento ha sido impecable, y no he experimentado ningún problema. Estoy contento de haber optado por un iPhone reacondicionado, ya que me brinda la calidad que espero de Apple a un precio más accesible. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría esta opción a otros compradores!

    I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

    Pour ma part, première expérience avec le principe du reconditionné, j’avais quelques doutes mais ils ont étés rapidement levés avec cet achat. Le téléphone est bien meilleur état que ce à quoi je m’attendais et je suis très content car aucune fonctionnalité n’a souffert de sa première vie. Je suis satisfait de mon choix.

    Je suis agréablement surpris par le bon état de l’appareil. C’est mon premier reconditionné. J’ai hésité entre 64G et 128G. J’avais un gros apriori… J’aurais du prendre le 128G pour des raisons de confort (gros consommateur de données). Vu la qualité du reconditionnent… J’hésiterais plus.

    iPhone plutôt bien reconditionné c’est juste dommage quand on commande un téléphone avec la mention « parfait état » de recevoir un téléphone avec des rayures… Sinon pour l’instant il fonctionne correctement
