    Well this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and my experience of Back Market has been faultless. I was tempted to get the Samsung Flip 5 months ago, but couldn't resist going for the Flip 6 when they got them in! Glad I waited and now I have the latest phone saving hundreds! From the prices on offer, quality of phone, superb delivery and packaging I fully recommend Back Market and will definitely use again when I want to spoil myself!

    The phone itself was great so definitely big credit to Samsung on that unfortunately even though I ordered the Z flip six in excellent condition the screen came damaged not flawless as it was advertised. I did however receive a refund but I wasn’t given back the refurbisher fee, so I will most likely not be using Back Market again Unfortunately.

    It was really super fast, FedEx is great and I love the mobile phone! But...from Tallinn to Warsaw, then to Paris and then to Cologne, I think that's pretty crazy. I buy refurbished because of sustainability, among other things.

    So far, so good. Laptop in very good condition, to be seen in the long term, especially the hinge. The phone was delivered rather quickly in a Samsung box and with two charging cables. Protective glass had also already been fitted to the main screen. Charging is not very fast, unlike my previous Samsung (Galaxy S10). The battery, on the other hand, holds up very well.
