I bought the Samsung Galaxy z Flip 4 & it arrived on time & in perfect condition. I was really impressed. The phone is fully refurbished & it looks like it came straight out of the Samsung store. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the mobile phone and Back Market.

Phone came in excellent condition - as promised! i was a little nervous about getting a refurbished foldable, but as soon as i got my hands on it i realized i was worried over nothing. The delivery time was also impressively quick :)

I had done my homework on Back Market, who the CEO was, checked LinkedIn and verified the company registered number in France prior to purchasing. Was easy to purchase once I made the decision on which phone. Tge options were plenty, purchased online, item was delivered and payment was made. I had phone for a few days before setting up, the usual smaetcswitxh situation and ensuring all items were backed up before transferring. Once I'd switched over to the new phone all has run smoothly. Battery life seems to be okay, a lot better than my previous phone, new phone came with USB/C end charging cable. Condition of the phone was super, looked brand new and I'd selected for my purchased tge middle option (think it said 'good'). All said I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. Before buying, I had spent quite a bit of time researching the phone followed by lots of shopping round for the best prices. Coming up to and including on the day of Black Friday, prices seemed to fluctuate wildly, both up and down but in the end, I got the best price here. Ordering was reasonably easy although it did take two goes to actually pay for it. Delivery was several days later than was predicted but in my case that was not a major issue. Phone was, as advertised, in excellent condition. Transfer from my old Samsung was for the most part easy and automatic although did have trouble with WhatsApp. Battery life is disappointing with no more than 24 hours medium use but that seems to be the way and I doubt a brand new phone would be much better. Overall happy experience.

Excellent all around. Site was easy to use and kept me informed of postal delivery etc. I got two o hones and they are both excellent. The description was right on the mark and I will be definitely using thus site again.

I purchased the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB model in good condition and it did arrive in good condition indeed. Screen - mint condition. I'm very happy, only thing is I had to get a fast charger for it. Also, battery is somewhat average but in fairness I didn't expect it to be much better anyway (lasts about a day with medium usage). Shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 👌 💯 I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered on 23 Jan, arrived on 25th Jan! The phone was packed really securely and is exactly as described at a good price, looks absolutely like new! Still getting used to all the phone features and really happy with my purchase. Would recommend and will definitely use Back Market again should the need arise! 5* service all the way!

Yes, the S22+ I ordered was indeed awesome, but not as good as my 2nd favourite rugby team in world, which is France 🇫🇷 - #1 is Ecosse. From ordering to receipt+quality everything was perfect. The vendor even put it in a beautiful presentation box. It was a gift for my wife - she loves me again. Merci x
