Used computer, but it arrived in very good condition, with very good packaging. Clean inside. And it came with a bonus, with a larger disc than the one indicated. 5 stars. The only small negative points are that the image of the device didn't match reality, I was expecting a hdmi output, but it only came with displayport, nothing that can't be solved with a simple adapter for an older monitor. And it came with Windows in French, which wasn't impossible to change either.

Perfect condition, works perfectly and comes with windows 11 pro. The hard drive has certainly been in the air for a while, so keep an eye on it (in perfect condition according to crystalclearinfo). I added 16GB and a second nvme SSD. So far so good. Perfect for my mini homelab use. I plan to get a second one as soon as possible. Would recommend.

Back Market's customer service is very responsive in the event of a problem and knows how to suggest an alternative solution. In my case, the product description and photos were different from the product I received (wifi and optional HDMI port missing). Everything was resolved with a small discount. Well done again!

Absolutely satisfied. It's a lovely machine. Bought it for replce my wife's old computer. And she isvery pleased with it.

I've given the review 3 stars because the product arrived damaged and didn't have Bluetooth capability stated on the specification. However, the customer service rates 5 stars for the speed that the problem was resolved.
