Have had issues with the Wi-Fi drivers. Not sure if this is a windows issue.

The laptop is working fine but only there is a small scratch on the screen and a little line as well but overall the device is working excellent.

I bought an HP Elite with I5 32GB RAM and 1TB hard drive, and so far I am very happy with it. The state of conservation is unbeatable (it said very good). The battery life is around two and a half hours, so far it is perfect. It is the first reconditioned that I buy and I am very happy. I would repeat.

Hello, I am delighted with my reconditioned HP Elitebook. Shipping was impeccable with UPS, and fast too, good order tracking. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and frankly it's perfect! The computer is what I expected, and it's in superb condition! Just a few small problems with the keyboard, the "ctrl" key on the left doesn't work, and I haven't managed to update it or find the problem. But I have the same key on the right, which works. A few little bugs elsewhere on the keyboard, but that's it, refurbishing isn't quite turnkey, it requires a bit of handling and updates, and other checking installations! In short, it's OK now. Also, I absolutely wanted to buy from a French-speaking vendor for easy follow-up in case of a problem, which is silly, but I'm thinking that maybe I should think about it! So I recommend this seller, in terms of quality and delivery! Honestly, everything is great! Elise.

For a first purchase, I'm delighted; I chose this device "in perfect condition" because it was cheaper than the one in good condition. There are no scratches on the screen and the exterior is impeccable. Delivered well packaged and very quickly. I am delighted and recommend both the reconditioner and backmarket.

Good value for money, works perfectly. This is my 1st refurbished PC, at first the keyboard with some keys covered by a sticker with the letter and not others it's weird, but it is quickly forgotten. And as always with BM: fast and careful delivery.

So the computer looks super functional. The keys have been changed and replaced by keys with no letters on them, only stickers with the letters, which prevents the keyboard from being properly backlit. Also the battery seems very, very limited. I can't change the brightness with my keyboard, and lots of other little things. In conclusion, it's in refurbished condition, and the way I'll be using it means I can keep it that way. It looks nice, and seems to run fairly quickly, so I'll be happy with it. Next purchase, a MacBook Pro which I hope will still have fewer problems 😅

The components and computer are in good condition and everything works perfectly! The battery looks well worn, but I don't know if it's a generic one or the original one. But clearly you have done an excellent job of reconditioning! Thank you so much!

The delivery is more than fast, which in my case I needed it for my son already. The computer is reconditioned but could pass for brand new. Not a scratch on it. So far the performance is as expected for an i5.
