HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. My First Exp with BACK MARKET , cannot recc to my clients

Laptop is great but the charger doesn't work so now I need to buy a charger and the laptop was already expensive enough

Jai commandé un pc HP EliteBook 820, je l'ai reçu le jour prévu, le pc est nickel, rien à dire (pour l'instant) l'envoie à été soigné. je compte recommander chez eux d'ici peut. service, parfais, reconditionnement top! l'interface donne franchement envie de commander, j'ai voulus testé et me v'la satisfait

The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

Portátil elegante, simple y eficaz. Muy orgulloso con la compra, por el precio de menos de 350€, aún comprándolo en estado "Correcto" siendo el más barato, el portátil funciona perfectamente, no tiene ningún rasguño o defecto el cúal me hace sentir que es de segunda mano, la batería funciona bien, al no saber como es la batería nueva no la puedo comparar, pero sin cargar me puede durar de 100% a 0% entre 2 horas sin problema (con utilidad para aplicaciones ofimáticas, no videojuegos), supongo que nuevo la batería si que tendría mas durabilidad, pero por el precio el cúal lo compré y por el perfecto funcionamiento de todo lo demás, la pantalla Full HD 1080 IPS otorga una preciosa y cómoda experiencia para los ojos + el audio "Bang & Olufsen" les da un espectacular audio en caso de querer escuchar películas, música etc... Muy ligero y precioso estéticamente, para mis es de las mejores opciones del mercado ahora mismo comprar un HP Elitebook G5 reacondicionado. Por lo menos por mí parte, he tenido suerte con el portátil el cual he adquirido para mis necesidades: Estudio, rapidez, una pantalla que no me canse los ojos y un portátil con la idea de que me dure al menos 2 años, cosa qu...

Je l'ai acheté pour ma fille qui fait une formation d'aide soignante, très pratique, il rentre dans un sac à dos, petit format, elle me dit qu'il fonctionne bien, l'état était correct pour un ordinateur reconditionné, je recommande++
