I bought my first refurbished mobile phone from this site and was delighted. The phone was as good as new. However, 3 months later it stopped working, without any notice, one day it turned off and I couldn't even turn it on to recover the data. I complained, the seller could not fix it or replace it so I got my money back. Every time during the claim the communication was correct and fast. That's why I decided to try again and buy a new mobile from your site. I hope I will be luckier this time.

A faulty product that quickly broke down. Simple return, easy communication with Back Market and a full refund to your bank account within 2 days. A real follow-up after the sale with no headaches. It's refurbished, I was unlucky, but Back Market were fair and offered the right solution. I'd recommend it.

Actually in "Good condition", it's a good deal. Delivered in 48 hours on 2 January! Just the battery life, not as good as on a new one (nothing to worry about) which betrays the reconditioned product. Nothing to complain about in terms of value for money!

all excellent fast shipping and the terminal internally is perfect even for the frames and the rear glass but on the main screen top right has as 2 very small internal bubbles (1-2mm?) that although they do not influence the performance if they are somewhat annoying.

It seems to me photo focus less powerful than on my iphone 7, also refurbished. Otherwise, it seems to me well to perfect for the rest. Thank you so much!

Phone was unfortunately dirty around the camera in the cracks (did I actually assume that these mobile phones are thoroughly cleaned?) and there are also abrasions on the edge. I was hoping for something more with the "very good condition" selection. However, the functionality is flawless so far. still satisfied 👍

Everything was great, very fast and the phone was as good as new. It is true that sometimes, especially when I'm in the browser, the screen looks like double, it does not always happen, and it is only in the browser, no matter which one I use, in the apps everything goes great.
