This laptop is one of the good ones, it is enough computer for what I usually work with. Very well reconditioned, for me it is as good as new. It was worth buying it.

I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

my order arrived, the laptop itself was in excellent condition. I however did a factory reset as there was still apps and files installed. however the charger that accompanied the laptop made minimal contact with the charging port, I would go as far as saying it was the wrong charger.

The truth is that right now I am without a handle and I needed a laptop. I had bought other things on the web and they had always been a success so without thinking too much I searched a little and bam. The one I wanted, perfect and affordable. A great success. Even without choosing the best possible condition, it's a good decision to buy from this site. I don't know where they get them from and I don't care. I'll keep buying here if I need more gadgets to fill the void of this miserable life or put a billing program in it. Here's to many years together. Thanks BackMarket.

Good evening ,, the laptop has a problem with Windows, it did not open with me, I tried to buy a key and I could not open it, I'm still waiting, they have connected the CD, try it and see if it works properly, as for the appearance of the laptop, it is very good, depending on the amount, it's good I thank the seller ,,, but I did not succeed under Windows
