Phone is great and you wouldn't think for a second it's 2nd hand and a refurbished! Looks and works great. The only reason I marking down slightly is due to the company that my old phone was sent to via back market. They took nearly £30 off original offer saying phone was all dented and scratched. This was impossible to have happened during delivery as I'd put the phone in a case completely protected and it was in bubble wrap and padded envelope on top of it. I looked the company up and surprise surprise lots of complaints about them being dodgy and fraudsters and selling stolen phones etc. In a nutshell, back market refurb phone I got is great. But I would think twice before trading in old phones. Back market need to do some checks on who they work with

Ich bin absolut begeistert ! Mein galaxy s20 kam super an, läuft einwandfrei und der akku in einem guten zustand . Bin auch davon überzeugt das dass der richtige weg ist für eine saubere zukunft und weg vom überkonsum !! Bedanke mich dem händler und backmarket ! 😘

Et également du Galaxy S20 acheté, état neuf et, pour le moment, batterie satisfaisante (2 jours malgré l'installation de beaucoup d'applis et une utilisation importante), et grande rapidité de rechargement. Da ich mit der Kamera meines vorherigen Smartphones unzufrieden war, wollte ich ein besseres, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Meine Pingeligkeit kenne ich, also kam nur "sehr gut" als Zustand in Frage. Genau so kam es dann auch: Ein top Gerät inkl. Bumper und Folie waren innerhalb von 2 Tagen geliefert. So machts Spaß!
