At the time of writing this, the iPhone 8 Plus is still receiving software updates, but we’d be surprised if it was still getting the newest version of iOS in 2022.

But maybe you found the perfect deal on a refurbished iPhone 8 Plus. Let’s say that it’s $300 cheaper than the best offer that you can find for the iPhone 11, and you kinda miss the retro styling of older iPhones. We totally understand that. Therefore, whether you choose to buy the iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone 11 is really a matter of personal preference and how much you’re willing to spend.
