Best buy ever! The product is completely new and works as expected. I really enjoy the epilator and I am happy i got it compared to the body ones - they would hurt a lot. I can just tolerate the pain with this.

Avant de parler du produit, parlons de la livraison. J'ai commandé l'après-midi, j'ai été bluffée de recevoir l'appareil dès le lendemain matin ! Super bien emballé malgré le fait qu'il n'était plus dans sa boîte d'origine. Tous les accessoires présents ainsi que le manuel. L'appareil portait de légères traces d'utilisations, probablement dues aux test de fonctionnement effectués sur celui-ci. Mais c'est le jeu du reconditionné ! Maintenant le produit. Je suis ravie. Je n'étais pas très confiante quand j'ai entendu son bruit qui me semblait assez "cheap". Mais au final il aspire parfaitement et est très pratique au quotidien. Je m'en sers pour tout : L'escalier, les miettes du goûter des enfants. J'ai même nettoyé mes bouches d'aération et ma voiture avec. Ca ne vaut pas un aspirateur traineau en terme de puissance mais c'est largement satisfaisant. Son format est super pratique, il est très léger. Usage bonus : parfait pour attraper les grosses araignées et les remettre en dehors de la maison. Merci au vendeur pour sa rapidité et son professionnalisme.

I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.

C'est la première fois que je commande un article reconditionné. Je me suis laissé tenté dans un premier temps par le prix, 97€ contre 249€ en neuf, je me suis dis pourquoi pas. Le colis est arrivé en moins de 72h, et m'a grande surprise l'article est presque neuf : une micro rayure sur la base c'est son seul défaut. Les filtres ont je pense été remplacé car tout est propre et tout est neuf. Je suis vraiment ravi de cet achat. A grand merci à Back Market, je n'hésiterai pas à renouveler mes achats sur votre site. Colis arrivé plus tôt que prévu donc ça tombait bien avec la chaleur qui était prévu ! Il est arrivé dans son carton d’origine, très bon état et pas l’impression que c’était du reconditionné au contraire j’avais l’impression que c’était du neuf ! Cela va faire quelques semaines qu’on là et franchement il est super, il rafraîchit bien comme une clim normale. Ce qui est bien c’est qu’il possède 3 modes et à une télécommande également. Pour une première Clim mobile rien à dire, pour l’instant tout est parfait rien à signalé !

Ha llegado en el estado esperado, y se ve espectacular de cualquier forma. Hubiese sido bueno que llegase con manual por lo menos, la he usado un par de veces y la considero un éxito. Ahora habrá que esperar a ver si se mantiene en buen estado durante los dos años indicados. He de decir que la idea de BackMarket Is espectacular para no andar desperdiciando productos que sencillamente pueden ser recuperados/reacondicionados. Altamente recomendable.
