The product is perfect and without any marks. The only problem that continues to persist from what I read in other comments and which you need to make sure you fix is that the AirPods need to be disconnected from old Apple accounts. This way new owners can use the app "where it is" without any problems.

They work great but are still connected to the old user's Apple ID so I just don't get the animation when I open them otherwise fine. If anyone has a solution I'd be interested.

very fast delivery: 2 days the box was very damaged and the airpods still bear the name of the previous owner... and there was no box for the airpods, which were left in the box like that

On the whole, the purchase on the site went very well, but there's a little problem with the carrier, the parcel should have been delivered to my home, but it was put in a relay point, which I think is a bit of a shame. But I would recommend the product.

I got my product quickly and in truly an excellent condition. Unfortunately it came later than the window to purchase a cover policy for it and I ended up running out of time and without coverage now. I would given awesome ratings but this cover thing should be more flexible I think, maybe to wait until it actually reaches the customer so they can make sure that they are not paying for coverage for a product what they need to return or maybe never arrives.
