    Hello, I received the computer, well packaged and it works well. However, the fact that it is a refurbished device means that it has been returned to factory condition (reset to zero), like new products, which was not the case with this computer, given that when I switched it on for the first time, I found myself with applications that are not supposed to be on a reset PC (for example, Fortnite on the desktop). In other words, I had to do all the work myself, which I shouldn't have done in the first place. I'm not a computer expert by any means, so the fact that I had to solve the problem of a third-party administrator and Windows defender that wouldn't activate even after uninstalling the previous one for more than six hours (including a big three-hour reset), really annoyed me. I'm happy with my purchase but disappointed with the service.

It doesn't really last more than an hour without charging. For a refurbished product, I would have liked the battery to be in good condition, given that it's a part that wears out... I'll probably have to change it. See if your warranty covers it.

Fps just the fans which make a lot of noise but at least it prevents overheating so frankly it's incredible you can run big games, I thoroughly recommend.
