    This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company!     Hello, I received the computer, well packaged and it works well. However, the fact that it is a refurbished device means that it has been returned to factory condition (reset to zero), like new products, which was not the case with this computer, given that when I switched it on for the first time, I found myself with applications that are not supposed to be on a reset PC (for example, Fortnite on the desktop). In other words, I had to do all the work myself, which I shouldn't have done in the first place. I'm not a computer expert by any means, so the fact that I had to solve the problem of a third-party administrator and Windows defender that wouldn't activate even after uninstalling the previous one for more than six hours (including a big three-hour reset), really annoyed me. I'm happy with my purchase but disappointed with the service.
