I had done my homework on Back Market, who the CEO was, checked LinkedIn and verified the company registered number in France prior to purchasing. Was easy to purchase once I made the decision on which phone. Tge options were plenty, purchased online, item was delivered and payment was made. I had phone for a few days before setting up, the usual smaetcswitxh situation and ensuring all items were backed up before transferring. Once I'd switched over to the new phone all has run smoothly. Battery life seems to be okay, a lot better than my previous phone, new phone came with USB/C end charging cable. Condition of the phone was super, looked brand new and I'd selected for my purchased tge middle option (think it said 'good'). All said I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

At first, I was scared when I saw the negative comments on your Facebook page of rope calling you scammers. I think you guys have fished out the scammers from your page and please continue to do so. Kudos to the vendor that sold the galaxy note 20 ultra to me. The phone is very good and working perfectly. It doesn't even look like a used phone.
