    It was time to swap my Samsung S7 for this superb S20, which I promptly received in mint condition for less than £200. It's superb and lives up to all its promises. We'll soon forget about the anecdotal Koss headphones that came with it, which doesn't really matter given the choice available on the market. Long live refurbished! Go for it!

But to end up with a phone that has been reconditioned with a "burnt" screen is a bit much for the price. (Burnt screen = screen with marks.
