    An excellent phone - I've had one for a couple of years, then saw the price of these reconditioned ones on Back Market: bought one for my wife's Christmas present - and then another for my daughter's birthday! Excellent quality photos - everyone comments on the clarity and colour. Excellent zoom and wide focus too.

    I used Back Market to buy someone a MacBook Pro and it looked fabulous, almost new. When I dropped my 9 month old iPhone 15 Plus down a drain, I didn't have the money to spend another £1,000 there and then to buy a new iPhone. Bought this and the camera is better than the 15 Plus by miles, and it's speedier, for £800 less than my iPhone I lost. That might be more of a Pixel thing than it is about refurbished products, but my point is you can have something great for a cheap price. a 3 year downgrade isn't as bad as you think, and you're also helping the planet too I guess. Be smart and buy refurbished.

    I was skeptical to order because it was my first time to order a refurbished phone but i am surprised when i received the it. I ordered fair yet it came with good condition. There are few scratches visible at the sides but when i put the phone case, it’s gorgeous. No damage at all in the front screen. Performance wise, in the year 2024, Google Pixel 6 pro is still a nice choice if you’re a casual gamer and it does what it supposed to do.

    This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I got the one I wanted at half the retail price. I brought excellent condition and couldn't find any visual faults/marks with accubattery putting battery health at 96% so I couldn't be happier with my new phone. Only issue was the charger cable didn't seem to work but I had a spare so no Biggie.

    The person I bought this phone for is very satisfied. As soon as it arrived, I inspected its surface and working condition and confirmed that it is the model advertised. Apart from two small, almost imperceptible marks on the screen, the rest, so far, works and is perfect. I am not giving it 5 stars, as it was sold as "excellent condition", which according to the website means an impeccable screen, and it came with these small marks. However, it doesn't affect its use at all, and unless you look for them, you don't notice them, so we have decided to keep it. I would also like to comment that we would appreciate better protection for the phone inside the box. It didn't come in a case, nor did it come with protection for the screen (albeit a cardboard one), which was in direct contact with the charger cable (and cable tips). I think that if it's an original screen, this shouldn't be the source of the marks, but just in case a little protection wouldn't hurt. Also, after just one day of use without the screen protector, some very light scratches started to show. Then we put protection on it.
