The packaging was neat, the product well packed with plenty of protection around the screen. Keyboard and mouse not original as specified, they run on batteries so I'm going to change them.     Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

    Hi, the iMac is beautiful and in perfect condition, thank you. However, I seem to remember that you used to offer an Apple keyboard and mouse, which is no longer the case.     It's the first time I've bought from Back Market and I'm quite satisfied, the Imac has no problems at the moment and its physical appearance is excellent. The only downside is that the mouse they sent me was not the Apple mouse, but well, the important thing is that it works properly and at an affordable price. A very good tip to know if the hardware of your Imac or MacBook works well and is not damaged, is to turn off the computer and when you turn it on you must hold down the start button and the letter D, this starts the Apple Diagnostics utility, there Apple creates a diagnosis and tells you if it has found any problems. In my case I got that no problem has been found.
