    I ordered a "Fair" refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly and looks brand new, the only slight issue is that the camera has been unrecognised by apple as I think it was replaced but it works just fine.

    Iphone 12 pro max- 256go- premium reconditioned. Phone delivered very quickly (the day after ordering). Perfect appearance (no scratches), so far everything works perfectly (camera, front/rear, screen, sound...), charges well. The state of the battery was 91% on the day I received it (the premium quality specified a minimum of 90%). So far, everything seems to be from Apple (battery etc...) as promised when I chose premium quality. I am very satisfied. Third order on backmarket, including a faulty iphone which was fully reimbursed by the supplier and is still top quality. However, it arrived in a simple cardboard box (they could have made a little effort to pack it with a shock-absorbing material). My iphone arrived in perfect condition but I think it would have been better... you never know ;) I really recommend it!

    Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.

    Pleasantly surprised. I ordered my iphone 12 pro max in the afternoon and received it the next morning by Chronopost! What's more, I chose it in "very good condition", and yet the device is as good as new, no scratches, no signs of wear, it's in perfect condition.
