Lovely refurbished iphone 12 pro max in blue and can say theres not a mark on th screen or even a scratch on th body highly recommend buying than paying th price new, My son thought it was brand new with its condition couldnt tell th difference will defo be buyin again from these 👍🏼

So I have a disability, this has left me bed bound and I heavily rely on my phone to call for help when it's needed. I brought a refurbished one off Amazon, but it caused me so many problems. So after reading the reviews from customers on here i thought I would give it ago. I'm happy the delivery was very quick. And the phone is in good condition. The only things I can say is I ordered a pacific blue colour iPhone 12 Pro Max and I received white, and the battery health is at 87% but these aren't massive issues

I made my first order on 27th December 2024 after initially cancelling the same phone in order to order a phone with a much larger storage capacity, my phone arrived on time and when I opened the box I thought back market had sent me the wrong phone as the phone i received look like it’s a brand new device not one that’s been refurbished, in fact had the phone arrived in its original box then you would say it’s brand new, it was easy to transfer all my data from my iPhone 11 to this 12 pro max and it’s a lot quicker, the colour is vibrant never had any colours apart from Rose Gold or Gold,

Nothing to say I ordered it in perfect condition and it arrived as new no scratches, 100% battery, with a protective shell and cable, I am very satisfied, at first I apprehend for the battery and that the screen is not original, but everything is nickel, that's why it must be checked. From this feedback, it seems that BackMarket offers an overall very positive buying experience for refurbished products, thanks in particular to the quality of the products, well-executed delivery tracking and commendable responsiveness of customer service. These are undeniable strengths that reinforce consumer confidence in refurbished products. However, the downsides point to areas for improvement. The fact that chargers are delivered incomplete (cable without mains plug) or that the plugs delivered are of average quality could adversely affect the user experience. This can quickly detract from the overall perception of a quality service. Also, packaging that is considered too light for fragile items is an obvious risk, both in terms of protection and the perception of care given to delivery. My view would be that BackMarket, while keeping its strong points to the fore, should pay more attention to these logistical aspects. An extra effort on the quality of accessories and more robust packaging would make the experience not only positive but virtually irreproachable.
