The earphones work perfectly, fit well in my ears and don’t move/fall. The charging box is small and doesn’t bother. Quality of sound is very good and love the app to switch between levels of noise-canceling. For less than 70£ I think they are a sweet deal!

I got these earphones because I can't stand in-ear headphones, and I needed noise reduction for working in open spaces. The noise reduction isn't as effective as with in-ear headphones, but it's more than enough. The JBL application is a real bonus but not strictly necessary. Delivery went very smoothly I would recommend

Backmarket scam +++ I ordered reconditioned headphones and paid €69 for them. The order was delivered by Amazon, the headphones received did not correspond to those ordered (wrong model), they were not reconditioned but new and sold for 47€ by Amazon. Backmarket doesn't want anything to do with it, so I sent my order back for a refund. They're using green washing to make us believe in reconditioned products. They don't control their sellers. Avoid this platform!
