    Hello; first of all I would like to apologise for not having replied earlier, I was ill, that explains it. The HAPI 51 arrived in perfect condition, it is indeed like new. I changed my hapi 50 because it was regularly blocked and you had to press menu then * to access communications. When I wasn't quick enough to pick up the call, it was cut off. I went through the settings to fix the problem but nothing worked... several people tried but .... "they had problems" ... as a certain comedian used to say. problems finding the solution, which they didn't find anyway! I'm telling you all this because I found the same phenomenon on the HAPI 51. I'm disappointed with my purchase, but is there a touchtone phone as solid as this one? why a touchtone phone rather than a smartphone? because i have diabetes and the disease is eating away at the sensitivity of my fingertips, plus i've lost the full use of my right hand and i'm not very good with my left hand as i'm right-handed. I'll stop complaining here, but if you have an idea for a telephone with internet access, I'd be delighted.
