    The screen has a lot of scratches, but nothing really annoying; the touchscreen is sometimes unresponsive, which means that you sometimes have to lock and then unlock it using the analogue button; the microphone is faulty, which means that you have to make calls using the speakerphone or a hands-free kit, but this seems to be a common problem with this model; apart from that, the product is as advertised, I'm very satisfied and I received it very quickly!
