I have honestly never thought about purchasing a refurbished device until now, and I am thrilled with my new Samsung A55. There was not one mark on my phone, to even suggest it was a refurb, as so many have stated, its true, it looks and functions as a brand new device. I have a years warranty and if I need any support I can talk with someone wh can help. My phone arrived within the two day time slot, so all in all I am completely impressed with my purchase and overall service. lastly I totally support the cause of lessing our carbon footprint on our plant and if this is the way forward I am in. I have no doubt that from now on I will be purchasing all my tech from Back Market.

Article en parfait état. Même en regardant de prés il n'y a aucune marque ou trace. Il est comme neuf. La batterie semble également nickel avec une autonomie qui semble être de 2 à 3 jours ( je n'ai pas encore essayer mais après une journée de travail le téléphone est à 80% de batterie avec un usage modéré)

The phone was delivered on time without damage, but the wrong color. I ordered a yellow phone, but it arrived ice blue. I liked the color, but in the future, be more careful what you send! The phone works properly
