Functional computer, corresponding 100% to my expectations. The reconditioner phoned me personally to point out a feature that did not appear on BackMarket (Belgian AZERTY keyboard, not French) and to ask me if I wanted to keep my order despite everything. The computer's performance has not diminished over time (2 and a half years). I recommend using it for work, even with fairly heavy applications.

The equipment is of good quality and my son is delighted! On the other hand, and this is why I didn't give it a higher mark, the computer didn't seem to have been cleaned, not even a quick wipe. What's more, it smelt of cigarettes ... A shame I thought. Otherwise TOP packaging! Thanks to BACK MARKET :-)

Everything went very smoothly. The computer is as I expected, good reconditioning!

The computer quickly showed signs of overheating. I had to replace the heat exchanger and clean it from top to bottom to get it up and running again. . I have a few reservations about the processor, I didn't know Aizen from Amd, I strongly advise future customers to choose Intel clearly. And to switch to a machine with 64GB RAM. . It's a good machine depending on use, but it's not suited to mine, which is photorealistic 3D rendering and greedy architecture. .

Received the device with the advertised components, in good condition. The delivery was fast and the PC was well protected in the box. The only fault I would say is its poor battery life of 1 hour just doing office work, which is very little. I don't think the battery has been changed.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for. It can run big games like Baldur's Gate 3 without any problems. Good performance, good graphics, slightly adjustable backlight. Only downsides: the fans make a lot of noise and the computer is heavy.

Very pleased with my purchase! It matches the condition indicated for a more than reasonable price. I didn't notice any malfunctions after 2 weeks of use, whether for work or play. I'd definitely recommend it! Ps: I'm giving it a 4 star rating because of the PC charger. I only received part of it, as the part to plug into the wall was missing.

Very fast delivery and very well packaged. The computer works well, nothing to complain about, it corresponds to what I was looking for. For second hand, I was impressed by the perfect condition of the product. Not a scratch, completely clean. It's very pleasant, you forget it's not new.

Perfect, my son is delighted, except for the mouse which doesn't work with the computer... He can only use the touchpad.
