Perfect condition, like brand new. Fast shipping, no fuss!

Couldn't be happier with the laptop I recieved. In excellent condition, wouldn't have even know it was refurbished and i only got the 'good spec' which is middle range for wear and tear. Delivery was super quick, quicker than advised which is always a bonus! Second laptop i have brought from Back Market, the only place I buy tech from now.

Functional computer, corresponding 100% to my expectations. The reconditioner phoned me personally to point out a feature that did not appear on BackMarket (Belgian AZERTY keyboard, not French) and to ask me if I wanted to keep my order despite everything. The computer's performance has not diminished over time (2 and a half years). I recommend using it for work, even with fairly heavy applications.

Unexpectedly fast delivery with express. PC looks brandnew and came packed in its original box. Connect and go! Did notice Windows gets stuck sometimes and need to reboot, but thats it. Matches my needs in performance and looks. Happy with the Acer and hope it keeps functioning for coming couple of years.

I was looking for a good chromebox to transition away from Wimdows 10 as a basic domestic user,. It was seemless and now I have a really quick computer start up and two screen system compared to the old laptop.

Quick delivery, item was really well packaged and the chromebook is lovely, only issue is that its not the original charger so the fit is really poor and feels like it will either fall out or snap off.

Great service, could only get student discount via student beans that were really hard to get ahold of so due to some fumbling I didn’t actually end up getting my discount, but it was only for £20 off anyway. Laptop arrived before estimated delivery date and I love it!

Hello everyone, I enquired about an Acer T2330H but ended up with an Acer X233H. Problem: no HDMI output! That's my problem now, because the monitor keeps going into black mode and flickering, as I have to plug it into my docking station using an adapter. Is it possible to replace the monitor?
