I have to be honest...I have always been sceptical about refurbished products....but after this purchase I had to change my mind completely. The printer works great and in the package they even put a new cartridge and photo paper (not expected). On top of that, 12 months warranty... what more could you ask for? After this I bought a smartphone but I haven't put it to use yet because it's a gift, but just so at first glance I know I got a bargain and above all helped to reduce waste.

it's a good printer! because it came with no instructions it took me a couple of days to figure out how to work it. I am old, that's my excuse. Anyway, it's definitely a good buy, using it all the time now, absolutely no complaints.

On Back Market, I saw this interestingly priced printer. My previous one had just failed. The printer's options matched my requirements. I quickly ordered and paid for the printer. (Very clear and fast). The printer arrived within the specified delivery time. The packaging was very complete. Delivered as a new printer ! (everything on it ... CD-ROM, photo paper, cartridges, manuals). Printer works great. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Very happy with the Canon printer, that replaced a similar model I had for years. It arrived quickly from" Back market" and very well protected and packaged, works very well, great service.

the printout came without cables, then the return could be done well with the company, without any problems, black super fast and well, the supplier did not answer regarding the incident, even so the return was made without problems.

Looks and works great. The only downside was that the product came without a cable to connect the power supply to the transformer of the equipment and I had to use the cable of the printer that I was taking out of use. The super fast shipping and a more than adequate price, make me consider buying from Back Market in the future.

I am very happy with BackMarket and their services. With the printer I have some drawbacks, such as that it is very slow in printing, the ink wears out quite fast. The digital display has very small letters, otherwise it works very well. Thank you

The printer arrived quickly, works well. It arrived with one small problem: the lid that gives access to the ink compartment arrived loose. I was able to fix it by snapping it back into the fixing holes. The printer prints well but is a little slow, so I would not recommend it for office use. I haven't seen any cosmetic defects. It feels like it is brand new. So far it is a good buy.

Installation was very easy, despite the default German language setting, and there were even cartridges in the printer! Duplexing is automatic, with no manual operation required: the printer "swallows" the paper to print the reverse side. It's brilliant! The quality of the photo scans is good and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
