Got this machine from Backmarket. Had noticed them on James Hoffmans channel but they’re not available here (Ireland) yet. Once I sourced the coffee B balls I got to use this tasty and amusing machine. Great coffee, no aluminium or plastic pods. The refurb machine is top notch. Thank you.

This was very disappointing and not up to previous standards of my experiences with BackMarket. The unit was filthy, the internal replaceable charcoal filter was dirty and old (cost 99c each to replace). This supplier clearly has no respect for their customers and needs to improve their service, or Backmarket needs to bar them from using their website - I would happily have paid €5 more for a clean unit. The hinge of the door covering the water reservoir was broken and looks like it had been broken for some time, based on the state of the break. Also the packaging was not properly done and the unit could have been broken even more in transit. I have detailed photos.

The machine wont work, a red flashing light showing up and i watched videos online as to what could be the problem but theres none, its just a faulty machine and im having problems with returning it as i dont have the sellers real name or address for a return, only to a shopping cnetre

I received the product a few days late. According to the description, it should be delivered on 07/06/23 I received it on 07/10/23. No visible scratches or damage, but the product was dirty inside and out (there were coffee probably from the previous owner). The machine works to make coffee but the milk frother does not work. I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.

So far so good. The item came promptly and was in very good condition as described. The 12 month warranty takes the concern about purchasing reconditioned electricals.
