Delivered as expected, perfectly packaged and functional when first plugged in. However, there were folders on it, perhaps simply to place files to help me understand how to use it, but when in doubt I deleted them immediately. However, the cable doesn't seem to be powerful enough for the storage space offered by the SSD, and the time taken to put files on it is 2 to 3 times longer than normal. Otherwise, impeccable service! I'll leave aside the delivery problems, in particular the letterbox error. This was the fault of the delivery driver, who probably didn't pay much attention to the written and even verbal instructions (explanations given over the phone). He also took the liberty of signing on my behalf, leaving the parcel in the wrong letterbox... DPD didn't want anything to do with it as there was my signature (but not mine...). In short, it took 3 days to find the parcel. Thanks to BackMarket for the follow-up after delivery!

bonsoir encore votre service après-vente ça va nickel c'est sérieux et rapide. mais certains vendeurs je renvoie l'objet à moi et mes frais à moi ils sont de mauvaise foi 😬. avant quand je recevais un objet je le test nickel l'appareil photo par exemple j'ai donné une super note de suite je vais être un peu moins cool maintenant 😅

Sold as a Hitachi external hard drive, I received an ALTECO brand drive, which would have cost me less at FNAC (perhaps the drive inside is Hitachi?). Nevertheless, the drive works well and fulfils its purpose.

order arrived very quickly. the drive makes a noise. there is no cable supplied with it. there is only about 400gb instead of 500gb. thank you for the fast delivery. See in time if it resists.

The good: The parcel arrived quickly after the order was placed, was handed over to the caretaker, was well packaged and the DD seems to work. The bad: No invoice either in the parcel or on my online account, just a "receipt" that doesn't mention the warranty. And when I want to print the online order page, which does mention the warranty, the format is awful, you can't print it - and it's the warranty that's hidden? I think it's compulsory in France to provide an invoice in due form. Another thing: consider the 'right-click to open a new tab' on all functions, it's so much more practical!

Another great purchase from Backmarket. I needed a drive to store photos and digitised cine film from my childhood in the 1960's so I can bore my grandchildren with how much better things were in the olden days. This is the perfect "nostalgia diary" and good value too...important now I've reached my "bus pass" era...

The box looks like new, I haven't checked the brand of HDD inside, but it works correctly, all delivered in a new box with its cable, for the moment everything is OK. And thanks for the fast delivery.

I should have received my parcel at home in exchange for a 6-digit code, which I never received! As a result, the deliveryman left the parcel at a relay point, where only a piece of ID was required. Well... It's not a big deal, but I'm still surprised by the 'lesser security' at the relay point. So why am I asked for a code when it's at home, and why isn't my ID enough? Mystery, mystery...

Fast delivery! Recognised impec by my linux. Overloaded with music. And unreadable :-((( All I had to do was plug it into Windows, and everything was back in order, including on Linux. I don't understand everything, but it works :-))
