Very good experience with backmarket, a little reluctant at first to buy refurbished given the reviews (very good and much less good) and in fact, no bad surprises. I bought a Samsung A52 s in perfect condition and I received a phone in perfect condition, no scratches nickel battery the phone works perfectly wonder if it is not new ... I may have been lucky with this purchase, but for my part I would recommend Backmarket 😉

Works very well. My daughter is delighted. A small scratch on the screen and a bit of paint removed from the shell as a result of rubbing but nothing very conspicuous, normal for a reconditioned. Very good second hand.

1st purchase of reconditioned phone. Very satisfied with the phone and the delivery service...., just one small problem with the quick charge which doesn't seem to work. It was much better on my old phone. Otherwise to date nothing to complain about. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent transaction, the phone is of good quality and fulfils all its functions well after a week of use. After reading some of the reviews I was expecting the worst for this refurbished phone. This is not the case and I am very satisfied. I'll have to wait and see ...

So: - Perhaps it would be more transparent (honest?) to send a satisfaction questionnaire later; for second-hand equipment, 3 weeks isn't a lot of time - As I don't know what the 's' in the model number stands for, I don't consider this to be a serious omission. For another item, it could have more consequences. Please improve the verification of technical specs, if possible. HTH

Very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. Feels weird after several years with a Galaxy A3 2017🤣 I had a scare recently because it took rain water so I got the "moisture" symbol but now everything seems to be ok. Ah and I'm missing the tool to open the SIM + micro SD compartment...fortunately I was able to borrow one while I configured the tel but hey it's not practical 😕

I can't find out how to contact Back Market other than via the help centre, which is a maze of questions with no clear answers. Please call me back! The phone I ordered won't turn on and I can't save the account before sending it in for repair (I should point out that the smartphone was given to an elderly person who isn't necessarily used to these technical problems). So telephone assistance is more than welcome

The "excellent" criterion did not quite apply to this mobile phone. The smartphone has a visible scratch on the display. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with Back Market. It was the first time it wasn't quite ok

Phone received a few hours ago, 5 days to be delivered 🙌 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A52s in 128go and 4go. I received a phone with tempered glass and 6go ram 🥳 so far nothing to complain about, but I have not tested everything such as the cellular network.
