Never disappointed with BackMarket. Impeccable refurbished product. I took the "in perfect condition" model. It was the screen that had a few defects but with the protective film, you can see absolutely nothing. Functionally, everything is OK at the moment.

Very satisfied with my purchase, the Galaxy A52s arrived in perfect condition and works like new. Ordered and received in two days, you can't beat that. I'm a convert to refurbished products!

Very good experience with backmarket, a little reluctant at first to buy refurbished given the reviews (very good and much less good) and in fact, no bad surprises. I bought a Samsung A52 s in perfect condition and I received a phone in perfect condition, no scratches nickel battery the phone works perfectly wonder if it is not new ... I may have been lucky with this purchase, but for my part I would recommend Backmarket 😉

Phone came with a charging cable and well packed. Factory reset it and and started the registration with ease. Transfer of data etc was easy as it was samsung to samsung. Bought a phone that was in fair condition. it was a expected. once the case was on, you couldn't tell there were flaws. Would use again.

This is our 5th purchase and we are still very satisfied with the products supplied by backmarcket. The products are properly serviced to ensure customer satisfaction. We were disappointed with the delivery by fedex: minimalist communication, no information on a delivery slot, no drop-off possible at a relay point in case of absence. Next time it will be with another carrier.

Bought as a gift, works very well. The phone didn't come in the original box, just a cardboard case. I don't think it came with all the accessories, just the charger and headphones (but that's OK, we were equipped).

The phone is great. I took a chance and purchased a fair category phone after reading other reviews. The back is marked but once it's in the cover you can't see them, the screen has no marks. The phone works perfectly. So glad I purchased this phone as it was a great price

Perfect from delivery to fast delivery except for the cable supplied which does not allow fast charging (charging time displayed on the smartphone 2 to 3 times longer than with another cable). Is it possible to get another one?

For my first time buying a smartphone here, it was a new experience and I hope it was positive. If it goes well, I will continue to buy here when I need it. The transaction went quickly, now I just need to make sure the purchase lasts. Thank you
