I offered this mobile phone as a gift. I was a bit afraid to buy second-hand but I was extremely pleased: it's in really perfect condition, not a scratch, no battery problems. What's more, delivery was fast. And what can I say about the fact that Backmarket comes to check if everything is OK. In short, I'm delighted and would recommend this site.

Unfortunately one month after purchase, the phone had a single fall, the screen (not the glass) died, I'm disappointed because usually a phone does not die in a single fall, I will retry a purchase here hoping that it does not happen again ...

I'm sorry there are no instructions for use, at 75 it's not easy, and the, there's someone around you who could a child a neighbour, no, I think that for all appliances whatsoever, household appliances etc etc .... it should be mandatory, and not have to go looking on the internet. The model delivered corresponds to the model chosen and it works without problem; the battery life seems correct. The as-new level is a little exaggerated (there is a nice scratch between the two photo cells), but this does not seem to have an impact on the photos, so OK. Delivery was quicker than expected. So far I'm satisfied.

Very fast delivery (and receipt, too). The condition of the smartphone is as indicated. Works very well.

Very good on the site, On the other hand, the phone has a tired battery, which only lasts half a day if you use the camera or GPS a little.

Arrived in good condition, well packaged, seems to be in very good condition externally, works well for the moment, to be seen in use.
