I have received this J5 2017 but not blue as specified but silver What does not matter to me but I wonder if it was in very good condition since it was not exactly the model expected knowing that prices vary depending on the condition It works very well but I hesitate to make another order How do I know if the model chosen corresponds to the ad.thank you for your response cordialement

As if Marti McFly had just dashed back to 2017 to buy a phone and bring it here. I wouldn't have realised that I wasn't the first owner. P.s.: because the guys from Back Market are so cool, they even included a (pre-installed) armoured film. 10/10!!

Impossible to send mms with this m... no network that tells me, after I have phoned and sent sms ... Whereas with my old blackberry, if I still found batteries in good condition, never a problem

First smartphone for a teenager, simple but perfectly functional and sufficiently powerful. Ordered in 'very good condition', the phone actually looks... as good as new. Fast delivery. In short, all good.

Just a mistake about the delivery method, which should have been home delivery. This would have avoided having to deal with a very unpleasant shopkeeper.

A purchase at the beginning of March. The phone is in very good condition and works well. To date I have not used it much and I wonder if the battery is new, it needs to be recharged quite often.
