Great phone. Very pleased.

This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

Hello, Very fast delivery. It's a shame that the packaging is not original. The Galaxy note 20 ultra is still well protected. Like new. Not a scratch on it. And the device seems to work well. For a refurbished device, I'm pleasantly surprised. I hope it lasts as long as my Galaxy note 8. I recommend this site. Sincerely I recommend this site.

Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

Pity once again, this second phone ordered and received is in excellent condition, but arrives "already installed" in "French". After a total RESET, this is the second device I've received in Korean from this refurbisher. Even though it's possible to "switch" to French, many applications don't work in France because of the Korean ROM. It's a real shame that Back Market isn't forcing refurbishers to display the CSC ROM. That would prevent unnecessary ordering in the future. Thanks to Back Market's guarantee, though, these inconveniences are avoided.

The Note20 Ultra I received was in excellent condition, screen and back impeccable, no marks, really very good. When I turned it on, it was already programmed with the minimum, checking no Google account registered, OUF! I decided to reset it and carry out the installation myself. Then, when I restarted 😯😯the screen was in Korean!?! I switch to French (why not) and continue the installation. But several times, the Samsung keyboard comes back in Korean, and some native applications don't work properly (e.g. the weather forecast doesn't find my town, but only Paris or Nantes, a sign of an application from an exotic ROM). More and more applications are difficult to install. I returned it (4 days after receipt) and thanked Back Market for its responsiveness. SUGGESTION: As Backmarket is an intermediary with all these refurbishers in Europe, why not ask for phones and tablets to indicate the CSC code of the devices. In France, you'd need XEF, OXM and a few others linked to operators, for example. In any case, a POUCE UP to BackMarket, impeccable service and follow-up.

The battery life of the smartphone is very short. With moderate use, connected to a bluetooth headset to play audio, it barely lasts the morning from 7am to 1pm, having to put it back on charge. I have tried to configure it to save battery, but without improving the result. I am waiting for these dates to pass to create the incidence and request its revision.

i was really surprised with the condition of the phone, not a single scratch, it is as if it was just taken out of the box and still has the protective plastics on the top and bottom. i am going to give the battery some time to see if it learns my usage patterns and thus improves its life. all a success, really.

After some initial difficulties, which were my fault, it works perfectly. It is in top condition and I can only recommend you. The goods are delivered super and also very quickly. Thank you for that
