Almost everything is perfect with it aside from the battery, which seems too drain very fast.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my refurbished Samsung note 10 +. it was very well packaged, delivery was fast. the device looks like new! Back Market's customer service is excellent, quick to answer any questions I had.

I have nothing to say about the delivery time or the packaging, which is perfect, and the device itself is perfect, with no faults whatsoever. I have one minor problem with the battery, which is barely better than my previous phone, which is 6 years old, but I think that's a bit of a recurring problem with reconditioned devices, nothing more.

This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

After an unfortunate experience, resolved by the Back Market staff and a full refund, my second attempt was completely conclusive, smartphone in very good condition, which has been working very well for 1 month, reconditioned by Prestaphone.

The phone was delivered on time and in recycled packaging as stated. It is in great condition and as advertised. Just started using it yesterday. This is my first purchase of a refurbished device and was little skeptical, till I got the device in my hands. This is a great initiative and you have got a life long, loyal customer in me.
