Very good price, phone in very good cosmetic condition. Functioning ok so far, too early to judge the state of the battery. The experience of buying a refurbished smartphone was positive and I think I will repeat it in the future.

Some system apps have Korean characters as names, which has not changed even after changing the system languages (were English + Korean), loading the national language pack and changing the keyboard settings. This is somewhat irritating. Otherwise a good product with an excellent look. Fast delivery.

I bought an S24+ (Excellent condition). I'm really surprised at how it looks, both physically and in terms of the battery and the cameras. I have always heard friends buy in Backmarket but I had not taken the step until now and I am very happy. The phone works perfectly, I have done all kinds of tests and after almost 20 days using it I can say that it has been a good buy. The only downside is that it's the Korean version, but you change the language and don't install the Korean apps and it works. I recommend it.

Phone as described. The only small inconvenience was that when I put the phone into service (fingerprints entered, password also), it wouldn't unlock. I succeeded the 1st time and the 2nd time, impossible. I had to ask professionals to put it back into factory mode to start all over again. Since then, no more problems.
