Perfect condition, fast delivery

Bought a refurbished Samsung S24 ultra in perfect condition, looks like new. Arrived in a box from Korea, dated June 2024 (purchased on BackMarket in October), preset languages = Korean and English. No malfunctions so far. I still have to test the battery 😊

phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

This is my 3rd purchase from Backmarket - this time for me. Turbo delivery (D+2) of a device in impeccable cosmetic condition (as new), in international version, dual-SIM + eSIM. Immediate start-up, new battery (5007 mAh with AccuBattery). Optimal 5G reception. Thanks to Backmarket for the efficient service and to the refurbisher (Breezy returns) for the condition of the product. The S24 ultra is a beast of war and the 1 TB capacity is enormous, but adapted to the camera's capabilities (photo and video definition, CPU/GPU allowing video editing). 5 stars again for backmarket and 5 stars for the Dutch refurbisher, who did his job very well.

I have used Samsung phones a lot and this one was amazing. I gritted my teeth and ordered the 'fair' phone, but it arrived looking like it was brand new! No visible scratches and the battery life (for me) is well over 24 hours. I did take a chance on this company but they have earned my solid respect over the price and quality of the phone.

The phone is nice. However, it's sold as a dual sim phone, but in reality it's not. The configuration is not French and Samsung's after-sales service informed me that it was therefore not possible to have the dual sim function. Disappointed

I would like to extend my warmest thanks to the professionals who handled my order. The service was impeccable. My phone arrived much quicker than I expected, and it's just perfect! It's like new, really impeccable.
