This is the second mobile phone we have bought via Back Market. I'm only giving this mobile phone 4 stars because it doesn't look like the mobile phone I bought. The mobile phone is turquoise in the advert, but blue-black in the original. The colour was a purchase criterion. But apart from that, everything is great!

Very good as a replacement for an S4

I'm not satisfied because the mobile phone is blocked by Samsung (access blocked). I was therefore unable to transfer the data from my old S6 to this mobile phone. I also couldn't transfer any Google data and therefore couldn't set up WhatsApp either Yours sincerely

charger didnt fit phone so brought a wireless charger n the phone works brilliantly

Very disappointed with the service. They kept my phone until the end of the warranty and then sent it back unrepaired. I will never order from them again.
