I ordered this phone in 2019, after several years of use (about 5 years), I broke part of the screen! So it's time to upgrade to a newer model. I can wholeheartedly recommend buying a refurbished phone on this platform!

Concerning the product: estimated good condition, that's true, but nothing more (I've already had better for this "grade"). Delivery: "minimum service" packaging (kraft envelope in a cardboard box). The only item supplied was the charging cable. So, in the end, you get a decent product for a decent price, but nothing more. I've had better from other Back Market refurbishers.

The device was delivered on time, with signature, it is in very good condition, and after the automatic update to Android 9, It works perfectly and the battery life seems OK, so everything's fine. Well done to the workshop's refurbishers!

Everything is fine. I am very happy with this product. I don't regret buying it refurbished at all.

No problems with the device itself. 2 comments: 1) I didn't need a charger or an earpiece (if you're going to be virtuous, you might as well go all the way), 2) the instructions are written in white on a yellow background in size 8 font: it's pretty... but illegible.

The Samsung S8 smartphone was delivered very quickly every time - 2 days from Estonia! It had already been updated to the latest Android version and was in the same condition as described. Second order so far - very satisfied every time. The emails from backmarket about the orders were very prompt, detailed, helpful and I felt very well looked after.
