Nothing but positive things to say about the BackMarket site. I have just received the telephone and so far everything is going well. On the other hand, I had a very bad experience with the FedEx carrier: the site was down, it was impossible to contact anyone at the depot, I had no news, and I had to travel (3 hours of transport). I agree with all the negative reviews that can be found on the net: a company that should no longer exist. It's a real shame to ruin a customer relationship with such an incompetent intermediary.

Very good product, in fact I already had one in the past. However, it was indicated that the colour of the phone was grey whereas it is black. A detail for me as it's very functional and hard-wearing.

The quality of the phone was even better than I expected. I really like the rubberised edging strip, lovely to handle. The service was superb, easy to order and delivered on time. This is the second phone I've bought from Back Market and would highly recommend them for quality, price and service. Thank you.

Received the phone quickly and as advertised, no scratches, battery holds a charge. The only fault was that the cable supplied was the wrong one - I received a USB-C cable, whereas this model requires a micro USB.
