Love the phone it is in great condition

I was sent a Korean imported phone (I’m in Ireland) so besides the language, everything is Korean, apps that I can’t delete or use, certain notices etc. really annoying so be careful. I have used other refurbishing sites before and nothing like this has happened to me.

phone is literally as new, not a single scratch or signe that it was used at all

3rd time I have used backmarket. yet again very satisfied

I ordered the phone and paid for fast track, it has been 12 calendar days now and I am told by delivery that the order is lost. I am getting very little response from BackMarket accept they say they are sorry for the inconvenience. Starting to feel the whole thing is a scam and I am worried..

Good condition, shipping didnt take too long, overall happy with it.

I love my refurbished samsung z flip 5, but when I use it, the battery doesn't even last a day, even though according to the advert the battery was supposed to be almost brand new. I don't think I'll be using my phone much so I'm wondering how long it will last...

The good news is: Great phone as ordered, fast delivery, great price. For the disappointment (I suppose outside Back Market): Received a galaxy z fliP 5 at 600€ almost, in an envelope... itself in a cardboard envelope for transport but not even a neutral box like most refurbished phones... I'm talking about a box for the phone, for Christmas to offer it sucks ... and even more at 5 days of Christmas ...

I love my Z flip 5! It's almost as good as new, a very pleasant surprise. The battery life is great, it lasts 36 hours in normal use. The only downside is that my first order was unsuccessful... The refurbisher (Itrade in Italy) sold me an item they didn't have in stock. So I won't be renewing with them. On the other hand, Allocaz is top notch!
