Could not fault or complain once about fold 5 I got. Great service and great support ,will shop again and tell friends.

I initially had some doubts about the wisdom of buying refurbished but now wouldn't hesitate to make a similar purchase. I opted for a Samsung ZFold 5 512Gb in condition described as Fair. The phone I received far exceeded my expectations. Refurbished by 4gadgets I couldn't honestly fault it. In terms of appearance and battery it was as good as new. I am quite a fussy person but in all honesty I couldn't see the difference between this refurbished model and a new one other than the price of course. I sincerely have no problem in recommending Back Market or 4gadgets to prospective purchasers. I will be back but I don't expect that to be very soon because I'm so pleased with my "new" phone.

Item was exactly as described; competitively priced and works well. Set up from old phone (went Apple to Android) was extremely straightforward and I lost no data or apps. My biggest gripe is simply that since Samsung had released a later model, finding cases in physical stores was almost impossible, so bought a case blind online.

I picked up the phone on Saturday 22 March 2025. I bought the phone in "very good condition" but it looks like a new phone. However, the product is delivered in packaging that is not very well protected against curious people, it would be preferable to deliver it in packaging that protects it from being opened.

So far, the device is doing the job. No connection problems. The battery seems to be holding out. The device was very clean. I'll have to wait and see, but for the moment I'm very happy with my purchase.

This phone was bought for my wife. She was extremely happy with it. I must add that I was a bit sceptical, but when it came in the post and I saw it I was very surprised. No scratches and it was in perfect condition. No complaints. Will definitely buy again.😁

Great service. Wasn't due to arrive until after Christmas but arrived Christmas eve. The phone is in excellent condition. Just 1 tiny scratch that l only found by accident. Wanted a Fold since they came out but couldn't justify the cost of a new one. Only down side is no accessories like a charger and cable. But thanks anyway.

It arrived looking brand new with a battery capacity of 95% according to accubattery app. It holds a charge for up to 2 days if I optimise the apps etc. It's really fast and the inner screen is a pleasure to watch videos on. The 2 speakers (top & bottom) are great quality. The phone multitasks very well on the inner screen allowing 3 apps to display at once. I really can't fault it at this moment in time. There isn't one single scratch on it and only the centre crease on the inner screen which they all have which soon becomes unnoticeable as you watch a video. it was the crease that made me worried about buying a Z Fold 5 but I needn't have worried, it really isn't an issue. When the screen is on you really have to look for it to see it. Happy purchase.
