Generally satisfactory, but I had a few problems when I wanted to change the camera settings, as the other applications didn't support these changes and crashed the phone. When I reset the camera to its basic settings, the crashes stopped.

On the whole, everything went well. I have a doubt about a small malfunction in the device though. I have no indicator light to tell me when the phone is charging or when I receive a notification. I've tested various settings and nothing. It doesn't seem to hinder the use of the phone, but it's strange.

Very pleased with my Google pixel 4a, got it to replace my other 4a which couldn't always detect SIM card. Arrived within 3 days of order and was almost immaculate apart from a few really fine marks although it was classed as fair.woyld definitely buy from again 😁😁

Bad, the Google Pixel 4a sent and reconditioned by you does not charge the battery normally and Google tells me that I must change it (which is the same thing that happened to mine since the last update of Google and that is why I sent it to the Renove plan of you and that you valued negatively, ?) also I can not load my unlock fingerprint. The positive thing is its perfect aesthetic condition, the attention of you and that I'm still interested in this model of mobile if we can solve these problems and I'm sure you can achieve.... So far very happy with the phone, it is impeccable and works great, the previous phone I bought from you, an iPhone gave me more problems and although I think it is still under warranty I preferred to buy this Google.

Great Google pixel 4 a is perfect in terms of size, and operating system, in love! Fast and good service, I appreciate that they give a second life to things and with warranty! Let's stop consuming new, too much technological junk we humans produce.

All of the ordering and receiving of the phone was really easy. The only negative is the phone I recently bought has a bit across the screen where whenever I touch the screen in that area nothing happens :(

bought pixel 4a as a replacement. arrived before due date . excellent condition works as it should.. good communication from start to finish .when I am looking for any other tech this will be my first and probably only place to look for it

Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.
