shocking the delivery service your site tells me its delivered since 8th of november, tracking says it is in transit. this is just chronic, I will be looking for a refund and posting on trustpilot

This is my 4th purchase on back market and the 3rd Huawei P30 Pro that I have bought. Delighted with the first one, unfortunately the operating system update disabled the camera (thanks Huawei, this was confirmed to me by their after sales service). The second was returned and refunded because the camera didn't work. Unfortunately, I'm not totally satisfied with this latest purchase. Indeed, if I compare to my first purchase of 2019, the battery of this one is of very poor quality. Instead of 2 days of autonomy, I end up with 1/2 day for exactly the same use. So that's pretty disappointing

I have now bought my 3rd mobile phone and for the first time I am not completely satisfied. It's a Huawei P30pro, the battery was totally discharged and therefore has very little battery life, and the fingerprint sensor only works occasionally.

Perfect phone. After several years with Samsung, I had a bit of trouble transferring everything, but I finally managed. First test with Huawei, doesn't look bad at all (less than a week's use).

I've had the 30 Pro for years. It fulfils all my wishes, so I will remain loyal to my Huawei for as long as I can. I've only had very good experiences with backmarket so far.

Hello ! Fast and careful delivery. The phone is in very good condition. No scratches on the screen or the casing. It works very well. The only downside is that there is still a very slight translucent stain at the very bottom of the screen. But for a refurbished phone, I validate and recommend!

Package received promptly, phone appears to be working correctly. At first glance, the exterior of the phone is impeccable, but the charging connector seems dirty. In fact, the electrical plug cannot be inserted all the way in, which makes charging difficult. The reconditioner does not seem to have taken care to clean it properly. In addition, the SIM card drawer was very difficult to open.

So far so good only had phone 2 days very happy, all works well, I love this phone even it's old but much better then my old Samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5 g' thank you, hope it will continue serve me well x

Good device received on time. However, arrived between 2 sheets of cardboard... The digital sensor for the unlock fingerprint does not work. Impossible to create a fingerprint. The battery drains quickly, too. The sounds of applications such as Snapchat are the same as other applications instead of having their own default ringtone and it's impossible to change that too. Otherwise it works very well, it's fast, doesn't bang and receives calls, text messages and emails very well. Great picture quality and incredible camera. No signs of visual or even functional wear (apart from the digital sensor). I would recommend this phone but I think you should be more vigilant about the security of sending and remember to put the little titi to open the sim slot... Thank you Backmarket for this phone, I will be ordering from you again from now on.
