the order went very well, very fast delivery. nothing to say. but the only downside was that the deliveryman (the post office) didn't deliver it against a signature as planned, but put it in the letterbox even though I was at home.

I received the phone inpecable, the scratches are invisible with the screen on and even off when you're not careful, very correct for a 2017 phone. Unfortunately today with the space taken up by apps and the many incompatibilities, it's hard to keep up with 16GB and Android 8). On the other hand, there's a big problem with the battery, which leaks at breakneck speed: once it drops below 50%, it discharges very quickly, so the phone only lasts a few hours. I'd have recommended it if we were still close to 2017!

The phone was received quickly, conforms to the description and in very good condition better than I expected, delighted with my purchase at back market, I highly recommend.

Very mixed, the device delivered was not the correct model ordered, the supplier gave absolutely no news and the site had no choice but to refund me after a wait and a lot of time spent for nothing in the formalities of return. Fortunately, the site's follow-up is good, but the refund is not complete - the €1.5 service charge invoiced at the outset is missing, admittedly a small but annoying detail. And I'm not going to be persuaded to buy here again by the 5% discount offered... so that's that for now...
