Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

The order processing, packaging, delivery and also the iMac were great! The fact that the power adapter, keyboard and mouse are listed together as the scope of delivery at least suggests that all three items are also from Apple. However, this only applies to the power adapter. The keyboard and mouse are of the very worst quality and have to be replaced immediately. That doesn't fit together at all. A very good customer experience up to that point is unnecessarily ruined. Either don't add anything or add original items. It gives the impression that (in contrast to other refurbished providers) a higher price is being charged here because Apple accessories are included - but this is not the case. That's a shame and not good for you and your image. You should check if anyone reads this. VG

Order and despatch quick and easy. The iMac is in first-class condition. However, when the computer including keyboard and mouse is offered, I expect Apple products (preferably refurbished). Instead, the device comes with absolutely cheap products. I have still not been able to connect the keyboard to the Mac. Neither via Bluetooth nor with a cable. This should not be the case and leads to a devaluation!

Hello back Market, I've called on you several times now to buy computer equipment (tablet, MacBook, phone). This time, I needed to replace my 2011 iMac and I naturally turned to you. My experience has been mixed. My iMac arrived equipped with a new keyboard and mouse, which made me sweat. I almost sent the whole thing back to you because it was impossible to pair the keyboard and start the Mac. After two days of unsuccessful attempts, I had the presence of mind to plug in my old wired mouse and pair up my old Apple keyboard from 2011 and there it was: miracle, the Mac starts up. In the end, I end up with a new keyboard and mouse that I'll probably never use, and I'll have to spend £100 on a new compatible keyboard if I want to continue using my two iMacs while I finish transferring my data. In fact, the real price of a functional refurbished iMac is not as good as a new one, as it is for a MacBook, for example (no need to buy a keyboard). What's more, by choosing refurbished products, you're trying to avoid over-consumption, and now I've got a brand new keyboard and mouse that I can't use, and I'm going to have to dispose of them. Amazing! I ordered this iMac because of the heavy specs and great price and I am not disappointed! Item arrived a little later than advertised but was delivered in A1 condition. This iMac came in an original Apple box with original Apple wireless keyboard & mouse and had the smell of a new car, yummy! Took it for a road test and the specs are exactly as advertised - the entire unit and accessories are in EXCELLENT condition (just a couple of minor scratches on the base stand which are barely visible). I'll never buy new again, refurbished tech is the future people! Happy customer :-)

Delivery was quick and the iMac was very well packaged. However, it might have been preferable to have a cover or plastic around the screen for extra protection. Also, given the price of the product, it would have been nice if the iMac had been cleaned before it was sent. I found several traces of glue and fingerprints on the screen. Despite this, I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'd highly recommend opting for refurbished products. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

In my opinion, after 4 years of using this IMac, the quality is still there, special care was taken during delivery and the packaging is robust. It's a delight for children who love to watch their favourite DVDs that even streaming no longer offers! Thank you to the IT STREET SHOP team for the quality of the reconditioning of this excellent device ;)

iMac received in perfect condition. But it came with a very poor quality keyboard and mouse (Chinese....). The keyboard keys came out of their spaces and it was impossible to use them after 2 days. It would have been preferable not to supply this equipment, which is incompatible with APPLE equipment, which represents quality...

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!
