very on service I am very pleased with the service and the product. also a very poor quality mouse

It's an excellent machine that we've received. It's responding well so far. However, it arrived with a keyboard and mouse that are not Mac.

Very bad experience! I placed an order on 31/8 and was told it should arrive 2/9. However, this was not the case, I didn’t receive anything on 2/9 and suddenly today after many days of sending messages asking when will I receive my order I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. This is a very poor and unreliable service. Now I tried to reorder the device again with the same specifications but I couldn’t because the specs and conditions I wanted are no longer available. I want to mention that I was traveling this week and changed the dates based on the delivery date I was given. However after all that I didn’t receive the product I had ordered and without any apologies or explanation the order was cancelled. I would definitely not recommend this seller or website !!

I haven't used the Mac yet !!!! Because it's a Christmas present!
