I bought the iPad Air 4 (2020) in excellent condition and that was it! I was extremely worried that the iPad would have any defects or that the battery life would not meet my expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I got what felt like a new device and couldn't find anything that would show that it had been refurbished. It didn't have a single scratch or anything, and the battery life is like a new one, so really excellent! I would order here again as the device also came in an original Apple Certified Refurbished box and that after just 2 days

Perfect, truly like new, with no trace of wear or even use. It's obviously a refurbished iPad direct from Apple, which is reassuring. Shipped and received quickly, nothing to complain about.

I am delighted with my purchase, and the order arrived much earlier than expected, about 2 days. The ipad arrived with the certified reconditioned apple box, original charger and original cable, even the sticker and the original plastic packaging. I was not expecting it at all, not only was it in perfect condition but it looked like it had just left the factory. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is true that as the original charger was English, the Spanish charger was not original, but I am happy.

The device is great! It came in apple refurbish packaging and works perfectly. The display looks like new, the back almost. You have to look hard to find anything that shows the iPad has been used.

My sister is mega satisfied bought her the iPad for school and everything works wonderfully it was still original packaging from Apple (refurbished) so also with charging cable plug and everything! The battery also works and it lasts all day 👍

First order on Back Market, and on a refurbished product in general, after having done my homework. I chose an iPad in perfect condition. My first pleasant surprise was that delivery was quicker than expected, and Back Market and the carrier offered me excellent order tracking. The product was carefully packaged and did not move at all in its box. It is, as advertised, in perfect condition: no cracks or impact damage, however minor, to be deplored. Everything is in order. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a charger. I was expecting this as I'd already read several reviews that specified this, however it was described that the charger would be supplied. That said, I don't think it's a big deal. So far, the iPad is working perfectly well and I'm very happy with it. It remains to be seen over time, but if the experience is conclusive (which is the case at the moment) I won't hesitate to recommend it on the site.
