I recommend Backmarket for buying refurbished products, especially as, depending on the criteria you select, you can buy almost new at an unbeatable price! One thing (and this is just my personal opinion): I would have appreciated receiving a USB-C cable, given that I had ordered an iPhone 11 Pro. However, the cable supplied ("classic" USB) is new, which is not insignificant.

First refurbished purchase. I had been sceptical for a long time, so I decided to go for it. Very satisfied. IPhone 11 Pro Max Gold bought in perfect condition indeed it is, no scratches impression that it is new. The battery and screen had to be changed only downside is that it remains displayed in unknown parts permanently and so I can not see the status of the battery in terms of its percentage. But otherwise there's nothing to say, I don't use it intensively, the battery lasts and I've sometimes not recharged it for 48 hours. It works perfectly well. I will trust Back Market again for my next refurbished purchase. Thank you

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Max about 1 and a half months ago and so far so good. The battery is not original to Apple but it works very well and lasts all day. The cameras, screen, etc. are all really good.

I have been unable for 10 days to contact customer service for a refurbished IPHONE 11 PRO MAX which unfortunately has problems. Even among the questions listed to give a more detailed assessment, there is no one referring to my screen problem. I hope that with this method we can receive the minimum assistance before the right of rpensation expires. Thank you

impeccable, i ordered my iphone 11 pro max, and so far i haven't had any problems with it, it's like new even though i chose the "very good condition" option, just a bit of dirt in the slots, but it can be cleaned and it's not disturbing :)
