I waited until the end of the trade-in procedure for my old smartphone to give my opinion on the purchase of the iphone 12 pro. Regarding the Back Market site, I found this company to be very serious: - both in terms of honouring its commitments (taking back and paying for my S10e) and in the care taken with the packaging and dispatch of the product purchased. I appreciated the screen protector provided as a gift. - the overall condition of the iPhone: no signs of wear or scratches (screen and casing). Battery: at 100% of its capacity, which is more than the minimum 80% advertised. As for the Iphone itself: it's an excellent device, very easy to use, and the size suits me perfectly. However, I haven't really tested its photo and video capabilities yet. In conclusion, I recommend buying refurbished devices from Back Market. My comment is spontaneous and sincere, and I would like to make it clear that I have no connection whatsoever with this company.

First purchase of a refurbished iPhone 12 pro and so far I'm really impressed. Shipping was super fast and it arrived within 48 hours! Packaging was secure, although unfortunately without the Apple box. But no matter. Small charging cable was included. I had decided on "very good" as the condition and only because the battery is 88% does it differ from a new iPhone. Otherwise, no scratches, neither on the glass nor on the case! So far, everything has worked and there have been no abnormalities. Thank you very much! Everything went great and I was not disappointed!

Very happy with my refurbished iPhone 12 pro 512GB bought for 529 euros! I've had it since March and nothing to say, it works perfectly. The battery was at 100% and is currently at 93%. The first one I ordered was black listed so unusable but I was refunded. So for now I'm happy with my purchase :)
