    Bought the phone on Friday didn’t realise they don’t ship out on weekends so definitely wished I bought it the day before. The phone was shipped on Monday from the Netherlands and arrived in Ireland the very next day which honestly surprised me because that was practically next day shipping! I bought the phone in the “fair” quality and expected some minor scratches on it but to my surprise there wasn’t a single scratch on the phone, it was in perfect condition and looked new. The phone works amazing, I have no issue with it and I really recommend buying it as the shipping is fast and convenient and the phone works great without any issue at all. The camera quality is amazing and the phone is super fast. The one downside I have is that the battery health is at 86% and I wish that the fact that they don’t ship on weekends would have been more promoted throughout the buying process/on the product screen.

    I want to return the phone in line with EU legislation for which I sent you an EMail. That was about a week ago and you didn’t even react to the Mail. If I do not get a reply within two days I am considering to contact the bank that issued the credit card to block payment. I hope this is not necessary; I was looking for an IPhone 13Pro Max 256GB and the colour doesn’t really matter as long as it is not pick. I do this public because the system kicked me out when I tried to do it the nicer way

    So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

    Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

    J'ai acheté un iphone 13, j'en suis contente pour l'instant. Physiquement il est en parfait état aucune rayures ni petit accro. La qualité est au rdv. De plus quand je l'ai reçu une coque + un écran de protection était déjà posé sur le téléphone. Je rencontre tout de même un petit soucis. Je vis en France et ce téléphone a été fabriqué dans un pays où il y'a certaine restrictions comme le fait de pouvoir localiser ses amis et partager la sienne dans l'application " localisé" d'apple. Je l'ai reçu avec une batterie à 87% ça me semble correct pour un téléphone reconditionné.

    I ordered an iPhone 13 in "good" condition. Delivery was speedy, I was told it would arrive in an estimated 5 days but with the free delivery option, I got it the next day so I am very pleased with that. In addition, the phone is exactly as described - only a minor chip on the frame, and some tiny scratches (also only frame), while the screen looks untouched. Very pleasantly surprised with the condition and especially for the price it's insane. However, I was kinda disappointed with the battery health at 86% but given the iPhone 13 has a bigger battery than the 12 I believe it would last me a day on normal use so in the end not super fussed. All in all, if i ever feel the need for a battery replacement in a year, its still worth getting the refurbished phone and getting a replacement battery for 85 done at apple. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery with a practically impecable phone. Thank you Backmarket

    Escribo esta reseña finalizado mi proceso de compra de IPhone 13 128GB 535€ (recibido a principios de diciembre) e intercambio de mi IPhone 11 64GB 180€ (recibida transferencia a principios de enero). Decir que todo el proceso ha sido excelente y quiero mediante esta reseña ayudar a la gente en su toma de decision. El precio de compra depende de la cotización en cada momento del terminal reacondicionado, por eso hay que estar atento y estar pendiente para conseguir el mejor precio. El estado del teléfono es excelente, sin un rasguño ni siquiera con 2 años de antigüedad. He efectuado un análisis interno y externo y está literalmente como nuevo, salvo cuatro notas de polvo en el puerto de carga. Insignificante. Pantalla original cambiada en Apple. Indicar que la batería me llegó al 100%, punto que es muy positivo, pero no te indica que ha sido cambiado en Apple, por lo que por esa parte me gustaría más transparencia y saber, si se ha cambiado, donde se ha hecho. Por eso pongo una puntuación de 3/5. También, en el proceso de venta de mi antiguo terminal, el reacondicionador se demoró en la valoración del mismo, pero Atención al Cliente te ayuda sin tener que solicitarlo y lo sol...
