Ordered this phone, it arrived, seemed perfect condition. Battery health drained quickly in the 4 days I used it. But the worst part was the phone was unable to share any location services. Turns out the phone was NOT a European model as expected when I checked the phone code but was Korean. I sent the phone back to Britain tech limited and they informed back market they would send out a replacement that works properly. They never resent a replacement and would not get back to myself or back market. Absolutely shocking. Don't get your phones here not with the risk. Back market thankfully refunded me but very disappointing that's Britain tech limited wouldn't replace the phone.

This is my first refurbished phone and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Aesthetically it's practically intact, battery with 98% life, really satisfied! So far everything ;) The only thing to 'report' (if you can call it that), despite being iPhone 15pro, I was sent the usb-c/type-c cable and not usb-c/usb-c. But totally negligible detail given the quality of the refurbished iPhone 15 pro that arrived to me. Very fast shipping

I didn't have a positive view of refurbished phones and was a bit apprehensive when I read some of the comments. I took a "perfect condition" version of the white iPhone 15 pro. In the end I'm happy. An impeccable phone that is from the end of December 2024 with a 100% battery. No defects at the moment. Based on this experience, I recommend it. After all it went well on this order and I did not need to call the hotline or SAV.

Very good product! I ordered it in perfect condition and it was delivered in a much shorter time than estimated (2-3 days against 6-7 expected). No scratches or wear on the entire phone. The battery is now at 80% (which means it's from Apple, which is better than a new one from a third-party supplier, in my opinion). I'm not hiding my strong desire to get a higher percentage battery, but that's the risk. Finally, my advice is that, whatever the device, before ordering, you should study the prices over several weeks, as they can vary by more than €80 from one refurbisher to another. Very satisfied!

I've only had a three-day trial so far, and I think it's really good. It's a refurbished phone, but a very well refurbished one. I can't see any difference with a new one. First purchase reconditioned and I am 100% satisfied I recommend. Ordered in perfect condition on 19/10 and received on 23/10 (super fast), no scratches or micro scratches, an original battery at 91%. After a month of use the battery is still at 91%, it lasts a whole day without any problem, no worries.
