From selection to checkout to delivery, everything was simple and easy. Ordered an iPhone 15 Pro with 512GB , a spec I had trouble finding at other resale places. Phone arrived within a week in excellent condition , battery maximum capacity was at 95%. Very happy with the experience and would buy again from Back Market.

I had a great experience! I purchased the IPhone 15 pro and the experience surpassed my expectations. This was my first time buying from this website so I was a bit unsure at first about but it was well worth it! I did a lot of research and this was the best deal I found. The phone arrived within 4 days after purchased. The phone is in perfect conditions. The battery was 97% use. So far I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. All in all I saved €380 and got a phone in perfect conditions. Would definitely recommend!

The Phone quality all around is just what I expected. It feels just like I bought a brand new iPhone judging by its hardware and software components! To say the least, I’m satisfied with my Excellent quality, iPhone 15Pro :)

Phone was pretty much flawless, Delivery was a little slow but, I can probably put that down to the time of year that it is with post being generally a little slower

Item arrived and was faulty, got through steps of setting it up and it was taking a very long time so I restarted the phone to try again, but then the phone started to overheat and not let me enter my passcode, and when I tried to contact black market there is no number or email I can contact, it only brings me back to the “get help” page which doesn’t help me at all because I can’t factory reset the iPhone, very back experience and wouldn’t not recommend

So far , all good . 1 year warranty. It is and feels like new. A bit pricey though

Ordered this phone, it arrived, seemed perfect condition. Battery health drained quickly in the 4 days I used it. But the worst part was the phone was unable to share any location services. Turns out the phone was NOT a European model as expected when I checked the phone code but was Korean. I sent the phone back to Britain tech limited and they informed back market they would send out a replacement that works properly. They never resent a replacement and would not get back to myself or back market. Absolutely shocking. Don't get your phones here not with the risk. Back market thankfully refunded me but very disappointing that's Britain tech limited wouldn't replace the phone.
